Welcome to the WSTI Group A-res Operator Training Program. This program is in development and will be released as free club training when the required lessons, records controls, and local review steps are complete. It prepares amateur-radio operators to serve safely, communicate clearly, and work within their local A-res organization. We will cover directed-net procedure, message handling, ICS study paths, station readiness, and net etiquette. Completing this course records WSTI training completion. Local A-res qualification remains with the Emergency Coordinator or authorized designee and the current incident communications plan.
